Prices are to be used as a guide only – prices may vary depending on hair length, texture and condition, and which stylist you see. These prices are subject to change should services require extra time or product. Afterpay is available. 

A 48hr cancellation notice is required or a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. 

Quotes cannot be provided over the phone, via email, or socials. You will be quoted prior to the commencement of your services or during a consultation, which can be selected through our online booking system.

Confirmation of appointment is a requirement before day otherwise appointment will be cancelled. 

Late Arrival Policy

Please be mindful that arriving late to your appointment may impact the time we have available to complete your service. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment may be adjusted to fit within the remaining scheduled time.

Please note: The original service price will still apply, even if we are only able to complete a portion of the service due to late arrival. This ensures fairness to both our team and other clients.

We appreciate your understanding and recommend arriving 5 minutes early to ensure you receive the full service experience.Must come to appointment with clean hair for colouring services as this can alter results.

On the rare occasion appointments may need to be rescheduled, please ensure the details you enter online are correct.

On the rare occasion you’re unhappy with your service, we offer adjustments within a two week period following your appointment. The adjustments will be provided by the same stylist. No refunds
