Pricing & Consultations
All prices are a guide only. Final pricing may vary depending on hair length, density, texture, condition, and the stylist performing the service. Prices may change if additional time or product is required to achieve your desired result.
Quotes cannot be provided over the phone, via email, or through social media. All clients will receive a personalised quote prior to the commencement of services or during a consultation, which can be booked via our online booking system.
Appointment Confirmations
Appointment confirmation is required prior to your appointment date.
If an appointment is not confirmed, it may be cancelled to allow another client the opportunity to book.
Please ensure all contact details entered at the time of booking are correct, as this is how confirmations and updates are sent.
Cancellations, Late Cancellations & No-Shows
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee
No-shows and same-day cancellations will incur a 100% charge of the booked service
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in loss of future online booking privileges
This policy exists to respect our team’s time and the clients who miss out on appointments.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive 5 minutes early to ensure you receive the full experience.
If you arrive late:
Your appointment may be shortened to fit the remaining time
We cannot guarantee all services will be completed
The full service price will still apply, regardless of how much of the service can be completed
If you arrive too late to safely or effectively perform the service, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation.
Hair Preparation
Clients must arrive with clean, dry hair for all colouring services unless otherwise advised.
Unclean hair, excessive product, or build-up can affect results and may require additional services or rescheduling at an extra cost.
Rescheduling by the Salon
On rare occasions, we may need to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. We will always aim to provide as much notice as possible and appreciate your understanding.
Adjustments & Satisfaction Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your service, adjustments may be offered within one week of your original appointment.
Adjustments must be performed by the original stylist
Adjustments are limited to the original service agreed upon
No refunds are offered
Concerns must be raised within this one week period. Feedback provided outside this timeframe cannot be accommodated.
